Do you enjoy running? How long will you persist? A morning running plan is a good start to the summer vacation, but many kids find it difficult to keep up. How can they stay motivated?
As the Fitness Day on August 8 was coming, Binjiang Property’s service center at Yueqing Golden Garden organized a summer morning run event for the children in the residential quarter. Led by the property management team, this event aims to encourage kids to develop good exercise habits and strengthen their willpower, while also helping to establish a signature event brand of the residential quarter.
# Chasing Morning Light, Chasing Happiness #
At 7:30 AM on August 1st, the children's running team of Yueqing Golden Garden kicked off their morning run in the West Area. With the sun just rising and a gentle breeze blowing, 150 young runners aged 6 to 15 arrived early at the gathering point to check in and warm up. Dressed in custom-made sports T-shirts provided by the property management team and wearing headbands, the runners were brimming with energy.
On the first day of the morning run, the property management team held a brief kickoff ceremony, emphasizing the importance of safety. At the starting signal, the young runners, led by order foremen Zhang Shi and Shi Xijun, set off with light, cheerful steps. To improve the running experience, the property management designed a route that offers beautiful and refreshing scenic views all the way.
The two foremen, Zhang Shi and Shi Xijun, both veterans with solid skills, are leaders of the running team and have earned warm welcomes and the affectionate nickname “Bing Coach Brothers” from the young runners. To live up to the trust of the young runners, they are determined to guide the running team to run with confidence and vitality.
The morning run painted a touching scene: some kids run side by side, cheering each other on; some kids, though out of breath, push through to finish the course; many parents cheer from the sideline or run alongside their children. It was such a heartwarming scene.

The children's running team will jog for an hour every morning throughout August. To encourage and inspire the young runners’ perseverance in sports, the property management staff will reward those who manage to participate every day with surprise prizes at the end of the event.

The “Chasing Morning Light, Chasing Happiness” summer running team event is an effective attempt by Yueqing Golden Garden’s service center to actively create a healthy, vibrant, and harmonious community culture. The service center is committed to continuing to explore and organize more cultural and sports activities suitable for children and teenagers to offer them a lively and joyful community environment for their growth.
